Due to the spread and the panic the COVID-19 has caused, at Yocup we are taking steps in attempt to protect everyone and minimize the risk of spreading the virus.

No return/exchange accepted (temporaily)

In an attempt to protect both our customers and employees as well as to minimize possible virus spread on our end, we have decided to temporarily stop accepting return of any items sold during this period as the returned items may recirculate and/or contaminate other items/personnel. This is effectively immediately. We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.

Order only what you need

We would like to ask that you do not over stock our items and only order what you normally use as we will continue to provide deliveries to our customers on a regular basis. Most items are still on their way to our warehouse but certain items maybe out of stock for a short while until more are available. We have also applied quantity limit on certain items such as toilet paper, so please, to only order what you need and save some for those who are in need.

What we are also doing

Other than stopping items from recirculating, we have increased our sanitizing patterns and encourage our employees to wear mask and gloves whenever possible. So please, if you see our employees are wearing mask and/or gloves, please do not panic as they are doing so to protect everyone.

What you can do to help

You can help to minimize the risk of spreading the disease by:

  • Washing your hand often, especially after being exposed in public areas
  • Avoid touching your face/nose/eyes
  • Cover yourself with the inside of your elbow when sneezing or coughing

You should seek medical attentions if you think you have got sick with the COVID-19. Currently all COVID-19 related testing is either free of charge or included in your medical insurance.
