Note: These are dehydrated Boba and it is not the Popping Boba, cooking preparations are required.
Cooking Instructions:
Cooked Boba lasts 5 to 6 hours at room temperature
- Pour one bag of Boba into 20 qts of the boiling water
- Stir for 15 seconds
- Place lid on the pot and turn the stove to low heat
- Cook for 28 minutes then turn off the stove and let the Boba sit for 38 minutes
- Drain the Boba in a colander and quickly rinse with cold water
- Optional: Place boba into a syrup mixture (see below for instructions) for added sweetness
Syrup Mixture:
Mix 24 oz of dark brown sugar with 8 oz of honey and 2 qt of hot water
